Operations

We are working on options to takeover Hotels under management contract and / or a fixed lease model. These assets will operate under the various brands that we are associated with. The preferred locations for the same are across North India-- all major towns and cities. The location to be business centric. The ideal size of such hotels is 50 to 200 keys , with basic facilities for dining and conference rooms.

Investment opportunity

We have options available for sale of prime assets across the country. Some of these are distressed due to cost overruns or change of economic scenario. These properties can be available at high discounts and are at lucrative locations with a sound business plan. The option of management tie up with leading chain of hotels is available.

Pre leased/ Operational assets

Leading hotels , which are fully operational , are available on sale. These assets are doing well under their present arrangement and the owner would like to monetise on a fixed ROI basis. They are at prime city centre locations and with a history of stable and profitable operations.

On a similar front we invite options from existing self owned hotel owners who may like to monetise their properties as part of their larger business plan. A structured transaction can take place wherein the investor may get a fully functional and profitable unit without any gestation period and steady cash flows.
